Julie is an experienced attorney focusing her practice on civil litigation matters, including automobile liability, UM/UIM claims, property damage arbitrations, dog bite/animal liability, equine liability, premises liability, slip/and falls, defamation, assault/battery claims, wrongful death claims, minor settlements, and admiralty liability claims. Julie also defends individuals facing criminal charges, involving DUI, drug offenses, assault and battery, traffic offenses, and domestic violence charges. Julie has successfully handled a wide range of trials in both state and federal courts throughout South Carolina.

Julie earned her Juris Doctor from Charleston School of Law in 2011 and is admitted to practice in the State of South Carolina and the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina. She is an active member of the South Carolina Bar Association, Charleston County Bar Association, and the South Carolina Women Lawyers Association. Julie was honored to serve as a law clerk for a circuit court judge in South Carolina prior to starting private practice. While in law school, Julie served on the Editorial Board for the Charleston Law Review.

Julie joined Weston Law Firm in 2012 and continued with the firm following its transition to Weston Craig Anthony, LLC in 2018. Julie, Joe and Stephanie have been partners for over a decade, ensuring that our clients have consistently worked with the same core team for many years.
